Postage and Delivery:
Within Australia
- All postage prices are quoted in Australia Dollars and are for standard Australia Post deliveries or via our courier service (whichever we feel is more economical).
- Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live. If you require express post or courier, this can be arranged for an additional fee by calling 02 88732555.
- Satellite Digital does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
International Air Mail

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible; however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution file types, file resolution & individual monitor settings.
Satellite Digital endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, natural disasters etc.). All prices are quoted in Australia Dallors only.

Customer Service Policy
Satellite Digital will advise customers within 2 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
As all good purchased are personalised for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however if the goods ordered are different to what was stated on our website, please contact us with 14 days from delivery to discuss an exchange or refund.
